Small business owners would have to create a health care plan that will "address certain government standards or pay a percentage of company payroll (perhaps 6% or 7%) to the government so that it can provide coverage for the employees."
That's quite a hefty tax burden to place on the average small business owner. And that's only the begining. We're talking about an extra $200 to $300 billion dollars to what we already spend which is $2.3 trillion.
